Delmarva Crawl Space Solutions L.L.C was founded in 2007. Ryan was raised on being rooted in a bond of family and core values. Born from a shared passion to help the community. Ryan grew up working for his father's construction company. Throughout this time, he had realized there were no local companies certified in the crawl space industry. While doing extensive research on crawl space encapsulation he came across "CrawlSpaceRepair.com, LLC" located in South Carolina. After a short conversation with the owner, Ryan was on a plane headed to the official training course to receive his installer certification.
Fast forward 17 years later Delmarva Crawl Space Solutions continues to hold the most knowledge and expertise in the waterproofing industry. Our crawl space had two leaks and one was pretty bad from the water main pass through. I could not be more pleased with the results of Ryan’s repairs. I was nervous having work done around the water main, but he eased my concerns and expertly performed the work for a fair price. Last night we had 4” of rain and the crawl space is dry so I’m a very happy customer!

Our crawlspace had 4” of water in it after a heavy Spring rain storm. The old sump pump had failed and the original contractor’s encapsulation was clearly not water tight. Ryan came quickly, gave us a reasonable estimate and got his team to work. They did a great job! The new pump is 50% quieter and the crawl space is pristine and water free despite ongoing storms. Highly recommended!

Ryan and his crew did a great job updating our crawl space. We do not live locally, they were very accommodating and sent pictures after the job was done. I felt like Ryan was very honest about what was needed and did not "over-sell" or dramatize the ill effects of the mold hazards in our home like other businesses we contacted. Definitely recommend this business.

Ryan checked out my sister-in-laws crawl in the bitter cold of January, diagnosed the moisture issue and came up with a plan that is much more reasonable than “the other guy”. I always recommend Ryan and his crew as they give great results

Ryan and Victor were wonderful to work with! I'm re building a modular home and needed to get the foundation encapsulated before I could finish the skirting. Ryan was easy to work with and his prices were reasonable. Victor did great work, he was polite, very organized and left the site clean. I'll call them again!

I started exploring crawlspace encapsulation last year. I had a few companies come out to inspect and then give me a quote. I was most impressed with Delmarva Crawl Space. Ryan's approach was very professional and he was not trying to sell me. It ended up that Ryan was the most competetive and I liked the fact that encapsulation is all they do. I finally pulled the trigger and had the job done recently. The guys that came out to do the job were professional, friendly and respectful. Just like Ryan. They kept the work area clean and neat and overall did a fantastic job. If you are looking to get your crawl space cleaned up and encapsulated, you need to get a quote from these guys. It's not too often you see a business with 5 star average rating on Google. They deserve everyone of them.

They did great work, were thorough with the cleanup, very competitive with their pricing, and are always available with any questions I have. Highly recommend! 8 Months after I left this initial review, I needed DCSS to come and check something. They came promptly with no service charge. Really great working with them!

Ryan is to the point and only quotes what you need and nothing more. The crew was on time and so quiet, which was something we were worried about because we work from home but there was no need to be. The office staff is super nice too. I am glad we went with Delmarva Crawl Space and we know our investment is now well protected.

Ryan and his team did an outstanding job of encapsulating the crawl space of our newly purchased 20+ year-old house in 2017. We were so impressed with his work that we had his team encapsulate a separate crawl space under our sunroom in 2018. Ryan's annual monitoring service also leaves us with piece of mind.

Our water leak detector sent a leak notification while we were out of town. DMVCrawlspace (Lauren) called us that it went off. We explained we were unavailable and Ryan went over, checked the crawl space and our dehumidifier, etc., performed maintainance while he was down there, cleaned up unit and reset everything. Lauren called us back about what was done and sent a follow-up email. Great response, great service, same as when they did the initial service on the crawl space several years ago.

Best crawspace business in the area! Had my crawspace encapsulated by Delmarva Crawl Space Solutions and I couldn't be happier. I am a contractor myself and they used all high quality materials.
