Dewatering Solutions

Water Control Systems

The InstaDry® dewatering system allows for better, faster, and more efficient water control. This sump basin design is made of two identical snap together halves allowing the basin to be installed in crawl spaces with small access holes and large ducts. A lightweight 12 gallon basin at 14 inches deep and 16 inches wide allows the sump pump to run full cycles extending the lifetime of the pump. Engineered with virgin polyethylene, an anti-float plate and large water slots to allow water in and keep dirt, debris and mud out. This product is Made in the USA and comes with a 3 year standard warranty.

Top Rated Affordable Non-Reinforced

Pure Premium® is made with 100% first use virgin polyethylene resin, which promotes a long service life and superior flexibility. Although it is not reinforced like other vapor barriers, Pure Premium® does offer the same moisture protection per mil thickness as the reinforced brands do just at a lower cost. Many homes that will not have heavy crawl traffic or storage requirements can benefit from this product. Pure white on both sides, has a 15 year warranty and it is offered in actual thicknesses of 6 mil, 10 mil, 15 mil and 20 mil. The Pure Guardian® non-reinforced crawl space vapor barrier technology offers the best of both worlds. Pure Guardian® is an actual thickness non-reinforced vapor barrier. Affordable Coated Woven Vapor Barrier

Manufactured and engineered using woven polyethylene ribbons that covers 100% of the vapor barriers surface giving the Ground Control™ a seamless design. This woven vapor barrier offers reinforced durability, professional quality at an affordable price and long lasting moisture control. Offered in both 14 mil and 20 mil, designed for easy installation with a bright white finish on both the facing and the backing of the vapor barrier to give the crawl space a smooth, clean and bright finish. Ground Control™ comes with a 15 year warranty.

Rough Soil®

2 Step Encapsulation in 1 Step Process

The engineers at Rough Soil® combined the vapor barrier underlayment known as the Felt5100™ with the 6 mil Pure Premium® non-reinforced vapor barrier. Using a layered installation technique, the pieces interlock to save time on installation and prevent water from coming near the seam tape. The Felt5100™ and Pure Premium® are attached using molten polyethylene. While other products extrude the polyethylene onto the underlayment, Rough Soil® technology uses a film bonded to the underlayment in a way that allows the installer to separate the underlayment from the vapor barrier to overlap the layer separately.
