30 Year Standard Warranty Information
Warranty only valid for the SilverBack®, GuardianLiner® and DiamondBack™ vapor barriers.
Warranty Registration is required within 90 days of professional installation or purchase by homeowner. Warranty registration must be completed by the homeowner. This ensures that transferable warranty information and warranty certificate is directly given to the homeowner.
If the product is to be installed by the homeowner, instead of a professional installer, we strongly encourage the homeowner to upload a digital copy of the sales order, when registering for the product warranty. A copy of the sales order will be required if a claim is filed, in order to activate the warranty.
When the product is installed by a professional installer, we high advise that the install agreement or contract be uploaded when registering for the warranty. It is important to note that a copy of the contract will be required if there is ever a need to file a warranty claim and activate the warranty.
After successful registration of the warranty is completed, the homeowner will receive their unique warranty certificate and their Tested Pure™ certificate.
