30 Year Standard Warranty Information
Warranty only valid for the SilverBack®, Guardianliner™ and DiamondBack™ vapor barriers.
Warranty Registration is required within 90 days of professional installation or purchase by homeowner. Warranty registration must be completed by the homeowner. This ensures that transferable warranty information and warranty certificate is directly given to the homeowner.
For product warranty eligibility, if the product is to be installed by the homeowner instead of a professional installer, a digital copy of the sales order will need to be uploaded in order to activate the warranty.
If the product is installed by a professional installer, for product warranty eligibility, it is required that the install agreement or contract be uploaded in order to activate the warranty.
After successful registration of the warranty is completed, the homeowner will receive their unique warranty certificate and their Tested Pure™ certification.
