Warranty Information Card

When you purchase or have an authentic Crawl Space Encapsulation® vapor barrier installed, you will receive a warranty information card. Every roll of SilverBack®, GuardianLiner™ and DiamondBack™ will have a bright red warranty information card attached to the outside packaging of the roll. You cannot miss it! This information card is important because it has your CSRID number attached, and this is required to register your product warranty. If you had SilverBack®, GuardianLiner™ or DiamondBack™ installed by a professional please make sure that you are given the warranty information card by your installer, for each roll that was installed in your Crawl Space Encapsulation® project.


How to Register

Once you have been given your warranty information card with the CSRID number you will be able to register your warranty. For your convenience, the QR codes on the warranty information card will take you directly to warranty information and the warranty registration page. Filling out the warranty registration form will only take you about 2-3 minutes, if you have all of the required information listed below.

Required for Warranty Registration:

  • Copy of Installer Agreement/Contract, if professionally installed
  • Copy of sales order if installed by homeowner
  • CSRID number attached to warranty information card
  • Product model number attached to warranty information card

Warranty Certificate

Once you have completed the warranty registration process, you will receive your warranty certificate. This warranty certificate will be sent to you by email. We encourage you to make a copy of this certificate for future reference. Having a physical copy of the certificate may make it easily accessible, should you ever need to file a claim or need to provide it to a new homeowner, were the home to be sold.
